1. Each adult applying for the
apartment must fill out and sign the application. You may print out
one from online or stop by one of the available apartments and pick
up a copy.
2. Fill out the lease as best as possible. Each adult occupying the apartment must sign the lease.
3. Call us at 513-232-1355 and make arrangements to meet to turn in the papers.
4. Upon meeting you will need to submit the following:
a. the application with a check for $15.00 per adult on the lease. This will NOT be returned and simply covers the cost of the credit report.
b. A copy of the lease, signed by each adult lessee with a check for one months rent as deposit.

It will take from 2-24 hours to give you a return phone call to give you an OK for the apartment. If for any reason the credit report is not acceptable, your deposit check will be returned within 24 hours.
